Infestation of Flies

I went to Nando's in Florida Road on the 3rd January with my family. Ordered food worth over R400 only to discover that there were flies everywhere, we could not enjoy our meal in peace as there were flies everywhere siting on the rolls, sitting on the chicken. sitting on the coleslaw. We complained to the manager on Duty (Thembie) and asked if we could at least have a candle so as to chase the flies from our table, this request was refused stating that Nandos does not allow this and also that many other customers have complained. But yet, Nandos still does nothing about it. I was promised that I would receive a call as Thembie did take my number down, but nothing. We could not take the meal as a take out as many flies already sat on the food. My wife phoned Nandos in Florida Road after waiting the whole day for them to call, only for them to respond, saying that they will give us a voucher for 1 person. looking at the meals for one person, that's around 10% of the bill. This is completely unacceptable as we spent over R400 on this meal.<br> Customer Service also proved unsuccessful as they just put you through to the store in question and you get the same response<br> <br> ***
