Inedible Food

I order from Nandos for my kids every week. Firstly this is considered a luxury as Nandos is not the cheapest take out place. I ordered Nandos yesterday as I knew I wouldn’t be able to make supper as some of us work 18 hour days. Now imagine spending almost 400 on chicken and garlic rolls and the chicken comes with a dribble of sauce and the butter on the rolls isn’t melted. There wasn’t any garlic rolls, it was just butter and rolls which I could of purchased from my nearby store for R20 instead of paying R23 per roll. After I complained the manager contacted me to explain Nandos new rule about 3 scoops of sauce. My food had about a tables****. The skin was removed and it was cut in 4 and not 8. I did not click on the option to have skin removed. Nandos doesn’t take responsibility for taking my money and basically giving me inedible food. You have lost a loyal customer.
