incorrect order , billed twice and did not get satisfactory meal

i went to bermore Nandos asked for a meal for single's and then ordered for 2 pp and asked for chips as sides and i added 2 rolls . spend over 10min wait and asked if all was in order and if rolls came with Butter etc and left . Paid for car park and drove off . i get to work they only added 1/2 chicken 2 rolls and 2 chips and missing 1 1/2 . The lady did not bill me for this and when i went back called her she ignored me and was approached by i think manager who apologized and asked that they make the 1/2 that was missing . i drove back to work then boom the chicken did not have the lemon and herb sauce was just as braaid chicken , i asked for both legs but got wing part and not 100% . Spend petrol to go up and down to the shop and went twice still not satisfied. What disappointing service no remorse at all and also made matters worse
