Incorrect food order at Nando's Ruimsig

I am highly dissatisfied with the Nando's in Ruimsig. I placed an order on Uber Eats for two chicken legs with a side of spicy rice. One was lemon & herb while the other was hot. Firstly, the one that was labelled hot did not contain any hot sauce at all so it was just bland chicken. Secondly, I only received one serving of the rice which is included in the price. This experience tells me that the staff does not actually care about what they're packaging in our orders and it is absolutely disrespectful for a paying customer to be treated this way.
