Inconvenienced by Nando's Southgate

I have been a customer at Nando's Southgate mall for forever but recently I haven't been happy with the service, not from staff but from the establishment, the card machine hasn't been working for weeks now and we are forced to carry cash, who carries cash in this day and age, please fix this mess Nando's Southgate
