Incomplete order for 100000 time!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 meals: 1 quarter leg hot with extra sauce, 1 buddy coke and a garlic roll. the second meal was a quarter breast, chips and 1 buddy stoney. I received everything but the quarter breast. I cannot even call Menlyn Mall because their number is not going through and call centre is telling me they will call them and get back to me. this is happening for the umpteenth time, from the same store. Missing food items all the time. I am hungry NOW!!!!!!!!! How do I have a Nando's meal without the meat? If you do want us to support you, let us know but I want my money/meal.
