Incomplete order but charged on my receipt
I went to Nandos @ emperors last night to buy takeaways. I ordered few item and when I got home some of the items were missing but I have been charged for. the guy at the counter was Terence and he had good customer service skills. I want my refund for the item which I never received. i'm so disappointed cause I had to share my food with a friend whom I bought food for and she never received.
