Incomplete order
<p>Last night I went to buy Nando's at the Pretorius and Paul Kruger branch in Pretoria and ordered for a full chicken and extra source. After having made the order the sales person didn't repeat my order to ensure that the order was correct. After the order was handed to me, I went home and only to find that there was no extra source as requested. Because it was late and considering the distance I we had to it the chicken dry as it was. I felt that was unacceptable. </p>
There’s more to Nando’s than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that’s a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
