On this day (10:27am Mon 7 September 2015) at that time I logged a complain for Nandos Savoy and till to this day i have not received a response or a call from them. I have been calling the Nandos customer care myself to query about my complain, I have called them more than 5 times in the passed few weeks. I called them a few days after I had logged the complain. Clearly everything about Nandos is solely based on incompetency, the customer care consultants had the nerve to tell me that they have been calling me but I never answered my phone. See me recommend or even take the time to think I must eat at Nandos,,,WOW this is extremely pathetic, I myself work in the customer care division and cannot believe that such is happening in other places that are meant to keep their customers happy. Complete disbelief.
