<br> the night of the 16/04/2016 my wife and my 11 year old went to Nandos as we always do on a weekly basis. as we entered we was attended by an arrogant cashier who did not allow us the opportunity to place an order rather chat to his co worker whilst taking our order and this resulted in inputting incorrect order and when asked to verify the order as expected he entered the incorrect detail. Never the less we took our seats and after 45 minutes of waiting, I asked for the manager who politely attended to our complained and answered that the employees are hired from an agency and are not well groomed, understandably we were satisfied and we asked about the delay as the restaurant was not busy on that night. She rep**** that she will sort out. As she walked away to address the workers, my friend who was standing in the queue to order overheard her conversation with one of her staff member that we are always complaining and there was nothing wrong with the order that was taken. unfortunately, my friend only told me this after 2 days so I could not approach this *********** manageress who is obviously trained and as good as her fellow workers. Once the best now the worst.useless staff
