Really really disappointed in the service I received from Nando's call center or Nando's Hatfield, I called to place order for delivery on 26/04/2018 at 11;34, used my time, airtime and spoke to Thila who advised that she will place an order for me, order number 402, she called at 11;55 and advised that she made a mistake, placed an order at a different store and apologized, she asked if she can place an order at 11;55, I said it's time, she said she placed an order of 2* quarter chickens and spicy wedges, I can come collect, i went to Nando's Hatfield at 12;30, there was no order, they said they will do it at that time. the reason why I place order over the phone, I knew that I can't wait . Now, I wasted time, money and efforts. Really disappointed .
