Inability to cater for a vegetarian

I have had the worst experience with Nando’s Sandown in Cape Town. We asked them to replace the chicken with haloumi. They gave us two wraps with chicken rather than haloumi. We have stated exactly what we want so many times. Mno from the store is the only one who understood what we wanted. He even made sure that he replaced the cutlery I’m very impressed. My rating remains as no one else could assist.

You cannot give a vegetarian a meat dish. I urge you to address this issue as soon as possible. Regards, Denise
