Impossibly slow Nandos service at Key West Mall

Nandos Krugersdorp key west mall. I called in ahead of time and my order was correctly taken. When I get there I found already irate customers that have been waiting since 6:45 it is now 7:44 and they are still waiting so am I. Lots of commotion from customers for impossibly slow service tonight. Very dissapointing level of service today. Surely something is grossly wrong.
