I'm very appalled and disgusted by the service or lack thereof at Nandos Lambton. We'd placed 2 separate orders and I returned alone with both slips and Bukeka insisted that the order had already been collected, I explained to her that the order was not collected and everything went downhill from there. Her attitude, tone and demeanour was totally unacceptable and rude especially as I was civil and respectful to her. Please address the situation and rectify as I'd like a refund ( or whatever resolution you desire )
