Ignored by Nandos Waterfall after a burnt AND incorrect order
I order a hot 1/4 chicken and salad online from Nandos Waterfall Drive on the 5th May 2025. What arrived was a burnt, extra hot chicken. Not only was my order incorrect but the chicken is burnt! I immediately sent an email to the Nandos customer care email, and followed up, all my emails have been ignored by Nandos. Instead I keep receiving surveys to populate. How appalling! Very disappointing!! Zero accountability. Very poor customer care.
