If you can't stand the heat step out the kitchen...

<p>Nandos Ormonde is possibly one of the worst serviced Nandos' I've been to, it's such a pity that it's the closest to me and that whenever I crave Nandos, I have to go there. The staff seem to constantly be sucking on lemons (always looking sour), and can never get an order right. Last week Thursday (26/05/2016) I went there and was shocked to learn that there were 'no rolls', there were rolls for burgers but no rolls for any other meal that came with a roll i.e the Quarter Chicken Chips and Roll, we were however charged the same amount. In addition to that we were only alerted once we've paid about the lack of rolls, reason being that they don't want to have an excess of stock- For a Nandos that is always full to capacity with a promise of an order being ready in 10mins (which never happens) the reasoning was very poor.</p> <p> </p> <p>The order came and the chicken was not well cooked and there was no extra sauce as per my request. I asked for the extra sauce and the that my chicken be put on the grill for a few more minutes and this was met with a lot of attitude from the lady handing out orders as well as the gentleman grilling the meat. I know my complaint is not isolated as I've seen many clients return food to be re-prepared. This is the same Nandos a few years ago where a friend found a worm in her salad and never returned to the branch. You need to start taking your clients seriously, and need to teach your staff a thing or two about customer care. I will however commend a gentleman called Tshepo on being the friendliest member of staff who is always willing to go over and beyond when assisting a client- he needs to teach his colleagues a thing or two</p>
