i was given wrong order & made feel like an idiot

i don't mind people making mistakes and apologising for them but i don't like to be treated like an idiot <br> <br> we ordered full chicken mild with my friends at work and they gave us a wrong order (hot) and i called the store as and spoke to the Manager Daniel i explained the error and advised him that unfortunately i do not eat hot food, fine he send a driver to collect my food and was taken back to the store to get it checked and he told me he will replace it if it is the wrong one.<br> <br> same food was returned and i was told that it is not hot is mild, i told the driver that the source on the meat was changed is not the same one he told me they re did the same food starting with lemon and herb and they put the mild source <br> <br> and the driver told me if am not used to Nados mild will taste like hot which is the same thing the manager told me, am a F**cken 32years old black man and your guys want to tell me all my life i have never tasted a nandos source before??<br> <br> to really show me their are clever and am an idiot they took my food back to the store wash it and re-sources it again an put whatever else they put and brought it back to me like an idiot so i spend the whole day without food
