I WANT TO WARN PEOPLE ABOUT THIS BUNCH OF *******
I went to Nandos on Saturday evening around 6:30 and I bought the full chicken (lemon and herb) meal with 4 rolls and chips and the service was great or so I thought, I Did not wait long but when I got home to my hungry family and dished up I noticed some chicken pieces missing which are one wing, one thigh and half of the breast ,Immediately phoned the store and the lady answered the phone called the manager who was on duty that time and he said I can come the following day with the chicken to so they can replace it but I made hi aware that I actually bought is dinner for my family and we have to eat so he understood and said I can come to get another one the following day and I sent my parents the following day but they were told they cannot replace 3 pieces with a full chicken and they were given a quarter chicken which is equal to 2pieces and where told that the will not replace the one piece ...so now I paid for a full chicken and the Nandos ******* stole the pieces and now I they say that they cannot replace the one piece??? Next time I buy I will make then unpack the chicken so I can count the pieces before I leave that place that's if there will ever be a next time....
