I want my refund bank

On Friday 20th June I ordered a meal online via nandos website and the meal costs R400 , I mistakenly captured Nandos crown mines for collection..I immediately called and spoke to Lebo in nandos crown mines to cancel the order ..she agreed to cancel the order and told me to send my banking details therefore they will reimburse my money ..till to date my money is not yet reversed .. I called her on Monday asking about the reversal she said she emailed the head office .. So questions is when I'm I going to get back my money ..how long should I wait for my money .order number 560/st***0
