I waited 30minutes for the wrong order!!!
i went to Nandos and it was very busy so I was quite understanding when it took longer than it normally does but when my order was finally ready it was not what I ordered. I specificall asked for mild wrap and spinach instead what I got was a hot wrap and no spinach! So I had to wait another 10minutes. To top it off we had to give our slips before the orders were ready for some odd reason and the gentleman I gave my slip to blatantly denied to my face I had given him my slip how rude! and when the order was finally out you had to recall each and every item that was on the slip or it was intentionally left out. I assume that's why I didn't get my spinach which I conveniently did not forget to pay for. I know month end can be chaotic but this should not excuse bad service period
