I TAKE BACK MY POSITIVE RATING ON NANDOS!!
Absolutely shocking delivery service from the Amanzimtoti branch !!!! I actually take back my compliment about the comptency of staff at this branch. ONE HOUR AND 30 minutes as promised to make a delivery. My order has still not arrived, they sent my order back because they could not find my house, of which they have delivered to many times before. Firstly, i sat on the phone for 10 minutes giving and spelling my address to the lady taking the order at 17h56. At 19h50 the manager calls to ask for my address again !! I will never purchase from Nandos ever again and neither will I order from Nandos for my company's daily meetings! Pathetic Service!
