I pay triple for what I get in my bag

We order through mister delivery weekly to get our Nandos order. It's always been good but it's now been 3 orders that they just can not get it right. We pay over R150 for extras that we just do not get and the rest of the order is incorrect. No man. What is doing on??? It's not like you are the cheapest take out and we have now tried all 3 outlets on the app. Giving them a bad rating on the Mr D app doesn't help either. You are definitely loosing a very frequent, good household of customers.
