I feel ****med by Nando's and Uber Eats

Last night I ordered a meal via UBER Eat payment was made with EFT

My order number 43507 and the Drive name Floriberts When track my it shown as delivered.But I didn't receive it.

Today I called Nando's Woodhill to explain my problem I spoke to the store manager *****gwe.She explain that she can't assist me because this not Nando's Problem it UBER Eat problem but the money from my account was deducted by Nando's.

I feel violated as a customer
