Good day. I ordered food for delivery grom Nandos Faerie Glen yesterday 11/09/2017 18:05 I spoke to a lady unfortunately I did not get the name... she was kind to mention that my delivery will delay more than an hour I was understanding. From 18:00 I waited till 19:30 I decided to call them just to check how far the driver is.. the lady said he is in Equestria that was just before 8.. I kept calling until 21:00.. I did not get my order and no one had the decency to call me back... I called today spoke to the so called manager around 12 still did not call me back. And yes I was going to pay when they deliver that's not how you treat your customer... it's not the first time I wait hours for delivery and one pay R20.. the boss told me his driver is not coping so I don't think it's the customers problem... They have that I don't care attitude. I called them over 10 times. Not only did you lose a customer but a loyal one. Poor service! No one got back to me...your service is very poor..i got a reference number no one bothered to call me. That's not how you do business
