I asked what final charges are and they didnt incl
I phoned my order in to Nandos appleton village at 12. at the end of my conversation i asked how much the total was so i knew exactly how much cash i needed . the delivery guy arrives and he now has added an addition R15 to my price so the R100 i had was now incorrect and i needed 105. The 10 was for the drivers tip. The driver or personal at nandos scribbled the Gratuity label out and wrote delivery R15. I asked what my total is that i owed. Please explain the mix up
