I am off duty

On 29-04-16 at 06:50pm i order family meal for weekend to have good supper but it was not as expected thanks to Nandos, as the brought my meal at 8:45pm but didn't bring coke 2lt, well I called Nandos for complain the lady answer the call and she is telling me she is off duty, I told her I don't know who is on duty and who is off duty, while i was telling her that I didn't received my coke she starting talking to other staff member and ignored me, I held line for 3 minutes and she is telling me she will send the coke she has notify the manager, I asked her name she refused to give her name, it was around 09:15pm, well I waited for Nandos to send coke until 10:00pm than called to Nandos spoke to another lady she handed over to manager (Andre) and he says he don't know what time he will send the coke, I dropped the phone, because Nandos has disappointed me once again, (1) My delivery came very late, (2) Staff members are not professional (3) Manager don't know how to handle customer complain (4) Nandos did not worry about customer satisfaction (5) Once Nandos received money they don't care about customer (6) Ordaring Nandos meal was a disaster for the weekend, Thank you Nandos for wasting my money in your shop.
