I am disappointed!!!

Good evening I would like to voice my disappointment, regarding the Take Out option I have just received from Nando's. I ordered 2x Chicken Strips, Rice and Veg from the Restaurant and the Service I received was appalling. I was told that the above meals were going to take approximately 8 minutes to prepare and serve, as a take out, but unfortunately the meal took well over 20 minutes to serve. With this being said, there were only 2 couples sitting in the restaurant, enjoying a meal, as well as 4 people awaiting their meals to be served from the Take Away section. With all this in mind, I spotted to whom I assume is the manager, heating my meal up with a Microwave. Now, as I have been waiting for the meals to be ready, I have no idea why one would re heat my meal, as we had selected the Take Away option, as well as the fact that Chicken is very dangerous, if under-cooked or re heated, as it can cause serious sickness. When I pulled the Manager aside, he assured me that the meal was not put in the Microwave, but after some confrontation with him, as I saw him do it, he finally gave in and said that he had re heated the food. My anger and frustration lies in the fact that my simple question was not answered truthfully and fairly. The Nandos in Epson Downs has an open plan kitchen, so we are able to see the entire process, should we be waiting for our food in the Take Away section. To top off the entire evening, they served the meal with S****s, as opposed to Forks, as well as the fact that the one meal was piping hot, and the other meal was cold. Very disappointed with the Service and lies I have received from what is meant to be, a family friendly environment.
