I always receive bad service/short delivery
I always have a problem with my deliveries with nandos!!<br> two weeks ago i ordered the quarter chicken,chips and roll meal for about 3 people, when they delivered my food only to find out that the rolls had expired and the driver had to turn back and bring me fresh rolls.<br> today i ordered the same meal with rolls for 6 people with wings and chips-when my delivery came only to find out there was 1 pkt of chips missing- i then called nandos and spoke to Thobani who insisted my order was delivered correctly and nothing was missing and i kept telling him that there is a PKT of chips missing as i am the one with the food infront of me and he said he'd call me back he wants to check the slip and i NEVER received a callback, i then called back and spoke to a lady called portia and she apologized and guaranteed they would deliver my pkt of chips..which they later did!!<br> <br> i love nandos food and i always order it for my colleagues but i must say im really dissatisfied with the delivery service iv received thus far!!
