Hurry up slowly
Nandos Northmead, is really disappointing there's absolutely no customers service, I live in Northmead and it's a habit that nandos has when it's full they unprepared, today on the 22/02/2019... The staff have no sense of urgency, instead they telling us the chicken will take longer then 30min. I'm failing to understand what measures are put in place should the place get full, are there no structures In place to foresee challenges when it's full? We've placed our order at 19:50... 20:30 we still waiting 1. There's no order in the drive through, that alone is blocking traffic so we decided go inside. 2.there was no where to sit In as the people in waiting for their take-away were occupying the the Chairs 3.we finally restored to take away and sit in the car as the lady at the counter could not assist us in helping us find a table.
Our last encounter was just unpleasant, we raised it with nandos and they acknowledged and rectified our issues.. Today we shared the same disappointment and bad treatment we will no longer be supporting nandos at Northmead...
