Hungry, food not delivered
I placed an order for delivery at Nandos Carlton Centre at around 13h00 for lunch; at 16h00 there's still no delivery. I make a follow-up call at 16h14 and i spoke to Lucky who doesn't even apologize and says '' your order wasn't taken - but I'll take it now''. It's now knock off time, for heaven sake. Poor Customer Service experienced. I'm very disappointed.
