Humility turned Complaint into a Compliment
I went to order food at the Nandos at westgate on friday and was so upset when I got home and realised that my order was wrong! In that moment of anger, raving and ranting like a mad lunatic, I called the store and complained. I was so loud, I think poor Noel's eardrums are in pain. I was met with a humble and soft spoken man who apologised for the error. The manner in which he dealt with my complain made me write this report. He was not arrogant or defensive, he accepted that they made the error and fixed it. I'm so happy that the service industry still has people who are as humble as this man. Thank u Noel, u are truly an epitome of a Customer Service Champion! Keep up the good work!!!
