Humiliating customers
Last week Tuesday I received a R150 Nando’s WICODE voucher from the company I work for. I spent a R50 the Wednesday. The Saturday when I tried to use the voucher code to pay for a meal I ordered, it got declined. I felt so flippen embarrassed because the gentlemen who stood behind me offered to pay for the meal but was too embarrassed to take up his offer. You have caused me a lot humiliation. Please sort out your mess
