Human hair in chips
I was extremely flabbergasted after ordering a meal from Nandos Isipingo as I not only received the incorrect order but also to my surprise I found a hair intertwined in the chips. I don't know what's more disappointing , the fact that the order was a complete mess up or the fact that the service was truly appalling to the extent that my integrity was questioned by the manager of the store. After requesting a refund the manager of the store hung up on me.
There’s more to Nando’s than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that’s a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
