How to ensure customer satisfaction

Adderley Street, Cape Town. Collected a take-away, ordered the 'mild' option, however the first mouthful confirmed it was anything but mild, more like 'hot, hot'! I called the branch and explained I was very close by and could they please deliver another meal, which they did, within 20 minutes. Excellent customer service.
