Hot Peri-Peri but COLD food!

My son and I went for supper to Nandos this evening. We were greeted appropriately and duly placed our food order with Mpilo. As it was a very cold evening we chose to have some hot coffee before our meal. Mpilo told us we cant have coffee due to their lack of milk and that it is beyond her control. I then asked to see the manager as there has been a frequent shortage of milk at this branch, 3rd time for us. She shruged her shoulders and told me the manger was busy. After ordering our meal and sending my son across the road to get coffee from Mcdonalds, we proceeded to take a seat and wait for our order. The waiter first brought my sons chicken and left it on the table, without bringing any of the sides he had ordered. After 10 minutes she brought the sides and my meal, by this time my sons chicken had gotten cold because it was a cold evening and this particular Nandos had no heating. I ordered a portion of Haloumi Cheese and roast vegetables because I'm vegetarian, the portion size was ridiculous and it was half cooked. The most shocking event of the evening was during our meal 2-3 staff members were having their supper at the table next to us and their meals were perfect.
