Horrific services

I placed an order at festival mall and the gentleman who helped to place the order did such an awesome job and I then get to where I need to collect my order and there's people at the teller stations having great conversations laughing and the other just trying all ignore the customer and when they get tired of talking I'm then greated and asked if they can assist, I then ask if there's a manager because it seems like no one understands customer service and surprisingly ghe lady I ask who was having a great conversation while I stood there is the manager. A manager who has no customer service so how will the employees know better, I got no apology for being made to stand there and when I asked why they didn't service the customer her response is we were talking about another customer. What ****py service is this? What kind of managers does Nandos have? Do they understand what customer service is? I'm horrified by this and have no words.
