HORRIBLE UBER & NANDO'S SERVICES

Today I have placed an order from Nando's Ghandi Square. Order number 8096. My order was taken correctly and was given the order number; however I did not get my order. When I called checking why there was a delay. I was told that the Uber driver was there at our offices to deliver food. Funny I did not get any call from the Driver, or a call from our reception that I have a deliver. I was told that the order had returned. I imagine waiting for more than 20 minutes for food and it got returned. Basically the food was taken back to the shop by the Uber driver twice. That time I was waiting outside for the delivery, I waited more than 45 minutes. When I called Nando's they asked me if I still need the food. How can I want cold food that was doing up and down by a stupid Uber driver. The guys that were walking to our offices doing delivery were doing a good job. These Uber drivers are useless and heartless. We cannot wait for our orders for more than an hour that is unacceptable. I was so hungry and frustrated. I think that you guys can do better. Your service SUCKS.
