Horrible sh*it service
I ordered full chicken and regular wedges at Nandos, Pretorius street, Pretoria central, at 13h30 till now I never received the order only excuses that were made by the call centre ladies called Comfort and Nonhlanhla.<br> I was told that my food will be delivered after an hour when I placed an order and I was cool with it. I started to call from 14h10 seeing that the order is not coming.<br> I had to call million times and my call was just ignored, it's so surprising cos it's a call centre but It's shi*t service. I believe all calls are recorded, please check my calls cos I was horrified by the treatment I'm getting from call centre and the shop.I even told them im not going to pay that stu*pid R10 for the delivery as my food took ages to be delivered. I asked the number of the delivery man, I was told is against the policy cos I wanted to find out where is he.I asked to speak to the shop manager but the lady just hanged up on me all the time. I understand if the shop is busy but what is the land line for ??<br> I'm demanding answers of what hapend with my order, Nandos manager must call me tomorrow and apologies cos he/she's gona lose lots of client cos of sick bad service in the shop??
