horrible servise from Nandos Gandi Square
The service is pathetic. we called in and order at 12 and we were told delivery will be at 13:00. At 13:30 we called to query the order and they gave us the drivers numbers . We then called the driver and he confirmed that he didn't get our order . We called the shop again to give them feedback and they manager Tito confirmed that they didn't know where the order was and which driver took the food. as I type this complaint, the order is still not delivered and its 14:43. oh we just got a call a lady saying the order is now leaving the shop and the driver will be here in 10 minutes......imagine ordering at 12 and food gets delivered at after 3. this is not what service is about . how can you make customers wait for so long hours as if the food is free. I mean we are paying R500 for the order .
