Horrible service Nando's Mall of The North

Nando's Mall the North, Polokwane. It does not even deserve one star. I was There on Saturday 1st of December 2024.The service is horrible, the restaurant is untidy, the sauces table was dirty. We found a table at the outside sitting, tables are dirty not cleared and cleaned after being used until the next customer comes, u will sit there with the dirty plates and flies eating from the dirty plates until ur order comes, that's when u need to ask for the table to be cleaned before they can put ur food on. They said waiting period is max 45 minutes, after a good 1hour our food finally came, the food looked horrible, the chicken was extremely dry even the chicken dust at the street is better. I asked why the chicken is dry with no sauce at all, the waitress had a bad attitude she then returned with food to the kitchen. I went to the till to ask to canncel My order, the manager did not even care to ask me the reason for cancelation of the order. she just authorized for My refund as requested. I have never received just a bad service at any Nando's restaurant. We then proceeded to Nando's Savannah mall where we got served good food, with excellent customer service.
