Horrible service I must say
My family and i decided to go and have lunch at Nandos and it was the biggest mistake. We had just been to crocodile creek with the kids we from pinetown so we needed to eat before going back home. We placed our order with Samke at the till at 14:35. We went ahead and made ourselves comfortable. At 15:00 I got up to check for our order as we have been already waiting so long. I was completely ignored by one of the staff member that I asked. Well managed to see that her name is Noxy. I went back to my seat but still the food didn't come. We got up and cancelled our order and the Lady Trainee refunded me and we left. As we were about to cross the road she came running and shouting saying we need to her money back for a cold drink as she didn't deduct it when she was refunding us, I asked her how much she need and she said R17. 50 and I gave her. She then came running again and wanted R27. 50 for the other drinks we then asked her why didn't they deduct in the first place then for her be shouting and wasting our time she just gave as a funny look as if we were crazy.
