Horrible Service - Grand West Nando's

Would give 0 stars if I could. GrandWest Casino Nando's is understaffed and rude. Manager was not helpful at all when I asked him why they only had 1 cashier working yet there was a queue of people waiting nearly 5 minutes each just to place their order. When I approached the manager I was told "my staff also need to eat and you are wrong, we are not busy". How dare he tell me what is busy and what is not. I am a paying customer (in fact, us customers pay his salary). What kind of business are you running Nando's?! Then I also waited nearly 10mins for my food. If you weren't busy, why did I have to wait so long?! Explain that to me!
