Horrible service from nandos!!!

Very bad service from the nandos call center. I. Called in to place an order at a certain branch. The agent could see the branch is closed bt insisted that the branch is open and placed my order at the branch when I got there the nandos was closed. I caled in the call center again n told them about this the agent apologized and said he wil get a manager to call me in 2 mins I waited 30 mins no one called. I caled back again n then insisted on speaking to the manager. The manager kgosi said he will call me back as he is going to sort this out at 13.30 it's not 16.30 and still no feedback from nandos!!!!!! The manager said he can see on his side the branch was closed and don't know why the agent would place my order there and will come back to me.. Like the agents the managers Canot keep to their word or assist there customers. This very bad service from nandos!!!!!!!
