Horrible service
They took my money on card and refuse to give me food and said they will reverse it in 24 hours

10 Feb 2023, 19:28They claim that their bank has my money but want to reverse it. And when i ask for food and will give them the money afterwards they refuse with the refund too. How do you take someone's money for and want to return it after 24 hours. I spoke to Kabelo (superviso) and he said that i need to pay twice in order to receive food i already paid for. He seems nonchalant about the situation even after giving him solutions to how we can go about the situation. He still refuses to give me my money back. No food no refund. The pits
