Horrible service by your Richards Bay branch
so your Richards Bay branch profiles clients when they want to use a gift card voucher? i sent my wife to purchase a meal using our Gift card voucher and she was told that she can't use it if she doesn't have cash??? nonsense is that?!!!! secondly she was advised that if she uses the gift card , it has to be in full and have zero balance afterwards? Odd because your T&C's are so different. Ended up telling her to leave. this is horrific .
