Horrible service by Call centre
<p> </p> <p>I called Nandos call centre to place an order at 2pm and I was assisted by Tshepo . I told him that I will pick up the order at my lunch 14:55 at Nandos in Ghandi's square, I got there and there was no order and they told me to check with Nando's at Calton centre but the delivery guy said he will go check at Calton center for me and he will then deliver it at my work address within 10 min. 10min passes and I called the call center after 30 min of waiting for my order to check what really went wrong on my 1st order only to find out that my order was not processed this was confirmed by Mlungisi, he said he will tell is manager to call me back and they will deliver the order for free at my work address. It is now 16:57 almost 5pm and I am still waiting for the manager to call me my food. I am hungry as hell , I did not eat lunch because of *********** people</p>
