Horrible service!

Placed a telephone order at 13h24 whilst still driving. Got to the Mall just to collect the order and it took over 45minutes whilst at the restaurant to get the order! What's the point of ordering if it will take longer than an hour to get the order? I feel it was a waste of airtime to call Nando's.
