Horrible service at Nandos Croydon

Had the most horrible service at Nandos Croydon (kempton park) today.

I ordered the sava flava special for myself and my colleagues today at 10:16am, and the lady who was assisting me (tall and big) seemed so disorganised and was so impatient. to cut a long story short,she messed up my order twice and eventually, she took the one quarter chicken which was initially mild, and just poured the mozam paprika sauce over it to correct her mistake, then when i got back to my office, i discovered one meal didn't have chips and a roll. You've surely lost a loyal customer in me. I'm never setting foot there again.
