Horrible service at Nando's carlton center
I called the Nando's Carlton center to make an order for delivery the guy on the line said there were no delivery guys and said should I come and collect, I then called the delivery guy from Nandos's on his cellphone as he usually delivers in my building he said he would bring it and named my order for me. I called him in 20 minutes and said he was coming 10 min later I call and his phone was off, I then walk out and into Carlton center to collect the order, I got there and asked for him and asked what happened because I had been waiting for him to deliver he then said my food was cold and he was doing me a favour by delivering the food to me I then asked how it is a favour and he started shouting at in front of the Nando's staff and other customers I then asked for the manager (Freedom Ndlovu) he came and listened to both stories and the delivery guy continued to shout at me saying how wrong I was and him delivering the food was a favour to me, I asked him to speak to me nicely because I don't understand why he was talking to me like that, he then said ''I "don't care you are still wrong" whilst the manager stood and watched. I then took my food said thank you and left. I am deeply hurt and extremely disappointed at how Nando's treated me I felt like I did something wrong as I had these two males shouting at me.
