Horrible service at Nandos

Received such a horrible treatment at Nandos value mart Southgate! Made an order 3weeks ago and they failed to deliver our food I then had to cancel and asked for a refund, I was told it will take 2-3days to get my money. 3weeks later I still haven’t received anything! No one calls I always have to follow up with them
